V\u011bt\u0161in\u011b ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch mikroorganism\u016f v&nbsp;potravin\u00e1ch toti\u017e nevyhovuje teplota pod 5\u00b0C. Z&nbsp;toho d\u016fvodu je \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed uchov\u00e1vat hygienicky rizikov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed potraviny (zejm\u00e9na \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu a uva\u0159en\u00e9 pokrmy) v&nbsp;lednici.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 skladov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1m tak\u00e9 pom\u00e1h\u00e1 prodlou\u017eit \u010derstvost potravin, ty si pak mohou zachovat sv\u00e9 senzorick\u00e9 vlastnosti, t\u00edm p\u00e1dem pro n\u00e1s budou l\u00e1kav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed po del\u0161\u00ed dobu. V&nbsp;d\u016fsledku tak p\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00edme i pl\u00fdtv\u00e1n\u00edm potravin, kter\u00fdch se dle statistik EU vyhod\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b kolem 70 kg na obyvatele za rok.
