Podle WHO (Sv\u011btov\u00e1 zdravotnick\u00e1 organizace) by m\u011bl p\u0159idan\u00fd cukr tvo\u0159it v&nbsp;na\u0161em j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 10 % z&nbsp;celkov\u00e9ho energetick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edjmu (tj. u dosp\u011bl\u00e9ho jedince, s&nbsp;norm\u00e1ln\u00ed fyzickou aktivitou, kter\u00fd p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1 cca 2000 kcal\/8400 kJ, asi 50 g za den). U v\u011bt\u0161iny populace je p\u0159\u00edjem mnohem vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Pokud tedy m\u00e1me 50 g cukr\u016f na den.
